The Civic Wollongong is a landmark mixed-use commercial development featuring a sophisticated façade that combines structural glazing, frameless shopfronts and high-performance curtain wall systems. Arch System Fabrication was responsible for the complete aluminium and glazing package to the ground floor and first floor, delivering precision-engineered façade systems that balance architectural expression with exceptional thermal, structural and weather performance. The project showcases our expertise in delivering technically complex commercial façades, incorporating large-format glazing, frameless systems and integrated aluminium sunshades to create a striking and durable building envelope that enhances both aesthetics and occupant comfort.

First Floor: Structurally glazed aluminium curtain wall system comprising over 700 square metres of high-performance façade glazing, integrated with deep vertical and horizontal aluminium sunshades to improve solar performance and provide a distinctive architectural appearance.
