The Stella Maris College Creative Arts Building demonstrates the successful delivery of a high-performance aluminium window and glazing package within a contemporary educational environment. Arch-System Fabrication supplied and installed precision-engineered commercial framing, operable window systems and high-performance double glazing to enhance natural light, thermal efficiency and occupant comfort. Designed to withstand the demanding coastal environment of Manly while meeting stringent Australian Standards, the project reflects our commitment to delivering durable, compliant and architecturally refined glazing solutions for modern education facilities.

External Framing: Capral 425 Series commercial aluminium framing, comprising over 560 square metres of façade glazing systems.

Operable Windows: 112 awning windows complete with manual control systems, integrated throughout the façade to maximise natural ventilation while maintaining a consistent architectural appearance.

Doors: Commercial-grade aluminium swing doors and sliding door systems designed for durability, accessibility and long-term performance.

Glass: High-performance double-glazed insulated glass units (DGUs), incorporating enhanced acoustic glazing where required to achieve thermal performance of approximately U-value 3.63 and SHGC 0.51, supporting energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

Finish: Dulux Duratec powder-coated aluminium finish.
