The Addler Building project exemplifies architectural innovation and collaboration, achieving outstanding aesthetic and functional outcomes. Arch-System Fabrication integrated high-performance aluminium glazing systems with Capral 1029 framing, incorporating 225 swing doors, 900 series sliding doors, and custom-engineered sunshade brackets to showcase meticulous craftsmanship. The project also features Frameless Glass rooflites and Pixagraphic double-glazed panels from Viridian, providing a unique visual appeal while delivering exceptional acoustic and thermal performance.
In recognition of the project’s design and construction excellence, Arch-System Fabrication was awarded NSW State Winner – Commercial Window/Glass Project and National Winner – Commercial Window/Glass Project at the 2025 AGWA Design Awards, highlighting our commitment to quality, sustainability, and cutting-edge design solutions.
