During 2004/2005, John Holland Pty Ltd completed the Design & Construction of the $16mill 56 Delhi Rd Office Development Project at North Ryde.
In undertaking this project, JH utilized the services of Arch System Fabrications Pty Ltd for the Design & Construction of the complete Fagade System, all Balcony Windows & Doors, the Concertina Door Installations, all Louvres, the Shop-front areas and the Main Office Entry Lobby Areas.
During our time on this project, John Holland found the working relationship with the Team from Arch System Fabrications to be excellent in all respects.
Being a D&C Project, it was particularly important for JH that Arch System remain flexible and open to suggestion with regard to ongoing design solutions, yet be able to maintain the original intent and integrity of the originally quoted building.
Arch System’s ability to satisfy all requirements exceeded both our expectations and previous experience with other Facade Subcontractors, and at all times (in our opinion) the requirements of our Client – Leighton Properties/Development Group.
John Holland found our dealings with Arch System Fabrications P/L to be the least stressful component in the D&C of this project and sincerely look forward to the opporlunity of working with them again in the future.
